Some of our long-term clients asked whether we could handle their plumbing and drainage, so we added mechanical services to our offering. In 2011, Facilities Manager Jamie Revell decided to change his career path and train as an electrician. What started as a side-hustle from his Renault quickly took off and Jamie was offered regular work for a self-storage client. In 2012, the inventively-named JR Revell was registered and Jamie (now fully qualified) started to run the company full-time. Within 12 months he needed an apprentice, and growth was fast; 10 years on, the company already had six vans and 8 staff (including 6 full-time engineers) working all over London and Essex. Specialist contractors are called in for support on large projects – such as the £800k contract for Attic Self-storage in 2021. In 2022 we were approved to supply the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. Managing Director Jamie is proud of the team’s expert approach and ambitious capability.
